Becca is an accomplished leader with a comprehensive background in Customer Success, Operations, Sales, and Product Development. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Brown University, where she was a member of the women’s basketball team. Most of her early career was spent implementing e-commerce platforms across various industries. After the birth of her first child, Becca founded a successful consulting firm dedicated to helping tech startups navigate early business challenges. She is actively involved in women’s professional organizations such as Chief and Women in Cybersecurity and has recently established a non-profit to support caregivers of children with long-term illnesses or disabilities.

Bill has been a leader and innovator across several industries: community problem-solving, working water quality, and building science. As an entrepreneur and investor, he has specialized in technology, process innovation, community building, and fiscal and environmental efficiency.
Bill can observe vast amounts of data from multiple sources. His superpower is the ability to filter this data in ways that allow him to see patterns that no one else appears to see. This unique ability has guided him through three previous businesses and one high-stakes enterprise (Bill sailed 23,000 ocean miles with his wife and daughter, who was six months old when they left and eight years old when they returned), all with remarkable outcomes and exits.
As an investor, consultant, entrepreneur, and technologist for four decades, Bill brings those perspectives to Myti. He is driven not only by financial success but also by making a positive social and environmental impact.

After graduating from University of Vermont, Karen spent 20 years of her professional life in two iconic, home-grown Vermont industries: the band Phish where she headed their online customer service department; and Burton Snowboards where she provided executive support across a multitude of departments within the global organization.

Past experience as a retail sporting goods buyer and merchandiser. Pierre spent 13 years in China as an English teacher and pub owner. Upon returning to his hometown of Burlington, VT, he read about Myti and their mission. He was intrigued and immediately contacted them. A little over 1 year later he was brought on board.

Order Fulfillment and Delivery Specialist
Recent Boston University graduate with a B.A. in Pure & Applied Mathematics and Statistics. Responsible for developing and implementing innovative plans for the logistics side of Myti. Conducts research and analysis to ensure that all orders placed through the Myti platform are fulfilled at an optimal rate. Researches all aspects of fulfillment to minimize Myti’s ecological footprint.

Ryan is a Senior Software Engineer with a specialization in backend services and infrastructure. He has served as tech lead across a number of teams including at Google. He has been part of Site Reliability Engineering teams that have designed, built and maintained systems across a number of technologies.

A Philadelphia native, Liz received her undergraduate degree and Master of Social Work from Temple University before jumping into work with various non-profit organizations including The YMCA, The Salvation Army, and Ed Snider Youth Hockey & Education. Moving to Vermont this past August, created an opportunity for Liz to make a career change. With a passion for community engagement and development, Liz is excited to join Myti as a Community Engagement and Fulfillment Specialist.

Since moving to Vermont 9 years ago, Kaitlyn has worked exclusively in the local startup scene and has found great satisfaction working for companies with a direct impact on the local community. She has gained versatile experience holding roles in Logistics, System Administration, Quality Assurance Management, Operations Management, and Customer Success.
In her previous role, she earned the company the prestigious "Best Customer Support" badge from G2 four seasons in a row. Now, as the Director of Customer Support at Myti, she continues to use her "best in show" skills toward putting the customer first and building a team equipped to provide top-notch support.

Carson is from Bethesda, Maryland and moved to Vermont in 2020 to attend Middlebury College and attain a B.A. in Economics. He joined Myti in the summer of 2024 as a Customer Success intern and is responsible for conducting research and analysis for the Product, Logistics, and Marketing teams. With a passion for environmental economics and local sustainability, Carson is excited to work with Myti to help create strong, self reliant communities.
